Horrible company, Unprofessional team who can't even put HUD correctly. They didn't do a proper lien/violation search for the property. Still dealing with a code enforcement open cases after closing. Unreasonable Expensive. I would never recommend this company. Always do closing with your own escrow company or your attorney who gonna be on your side.
