Had a small electrical switch malfunction. Electrician said the switch was shorting out and was broken and needed to be replaced. Company denied the claim without providing a reason. A guy I spoke with on the phone told me it was denied, didn’t say why. Told me a claims adjudicator would call and they never did, so I have no recourse because I don’t know who to contact. They lied about sending my mom an email to verify who she is during a recent home sale transaction. When I asked the lawyer to have them send a screen shot to prove that the document was sent, they could NOT. The kicker is that they had the nerve to say that if the document was not sent by 1700 hrsvon March 26th 2025 z we would have to pay a fee. Really now. Be aware.

Currently have a claim open with Chicago Title and can't ever get a response from my claims adjudicator. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of urgency. I'm currently getting the run around and every time I ask to speak to a manager, I get referred back to my claims adjudicator. I'm incredibly frustrated. My calls never get returned and as of late, my emails don't get answered either. Don't choose chicago title. Get your lawyer to go with literally any other company. Completely unprofessional..
