Issued final title on the purchase of my last house even though the prior mortgage wasn't reconveyed. Didn't learn about it until it messed up the sale of the house years later.

My check for earnest money was cashed the day after they received it but when the sale didn’t go through, it took several weeks and several phone calls before they refunded my money. They are not very service oriented.
Great customer service.
Less than one star, don't use them. Slow and don't know what they are doing. They made me wait all day till 5 for my settlement funds and I had to do their job for them. Go somewhere else.....Or you'll be sorry.
