the worst. their refusal to help could've cost me my house. I still may cancel the purchase because I don't want to work with a useless and unhelpful company. I really don't understand how they don't know if their trust is set up as a savings or a checking. and Danielle's response of well you'll just have to leave work and figure it out yourself was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever heard. 0 stars I will never use them again

Recommended5 Stars I had the pleasure of working with the Chicago Title Team and specifically dealing with Cortney. She answered all our questions and even went the extra mile by mailing docs to another title office in another state that had nothing to do with the property she was handling in Vegas. All because we had left the papers at her office. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and customer service she provided me and my wife. When we do any business in Vegas again. We will definitely be using them.
