This is a TERRIBLY slow company!!! – They delayed everything I need from them. Causing my extra cost of $450 loan extension and $200 closing extension. Q: "Why did you choose it in the first place?" A: "I didn't choose the title company, seller(BOA) did... So I suggest you take some good consider before choose them."
The absolute worse experience I have ever heard about is when Chicago Title handled my recent home sale. This company went through all the hoopla of saying that everything was well and fine, and all the paperwork signed and straight on both the buyer and seller's portions and after 1 and 1/2 months of waiting for the house to close, I was notified that their buyer completely flaked out and Chicago Title never even collected the good faith money of 3%.
