Closing at Chicago Title’s Park Ridge office is a great experience! The closers are efficient, knowledgeable and calm under pressure. I’m continually impressed with their ability to multi-task and complete so many closings in a single day!
One of the most expensive companies to do business with, and the one-star review is well earned. I’ve been waiting several months for my tax refund. Every time I call, I get the same excuse—that only two people are processing checks and that mine will be sent “next week.” Nothing ever changes. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your clients and your time.
We were finished in about an hour. Excellent location with plenty of parking. The staff was super friendly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Probably one of the better Chicago Title branches that I’ve ever dealt with. Megan is a rockstar!!! She was incredibly patient and helpful during a very long and cumbersome closing. She spent hours on the phone with the lender to insure that the sale closes.
