This is one of the best title companies in Indiana. I closed with them many times. They are professional and provide quality customer service.

I had a closing scheduled for a Friday that was rescheduled for a Monday. At 7:02 that Friday my agent received notice that there were judgements that needed to be cleared. This is information that had the processor done the title search prior to closing in a timely manner, I could have had completed. The day of closing we were given notice that additional information was needed, therefore closing was not able to be done.
