These people lie, have unreasonable hours. Use someone else !
I am not sure if it is the entire office yet Michael Yip is the most in- ept and unprofessional escrow officer I have ever run into. He left on vacation for 18 days knowing he had escrows scheduled to close. He did not notify the parties involved or give anyone a new contact so a CD sat in an unmanned inbox for 3 days. I would run if you are assigned him as your escrow officer. I will say Florence Low saved the day and the transaction. I am grateful to her for her service.
