Slow at returning phone calls. I had to call several times to get a response. A friend of mine loaned me money and I asked for this company to handle the paperwork and record the lien. I was told they felt it was too complicated and didn't feel right completing this transaction. Things is, Jim Davis actually started this process a year ago and just never completed the transaction. This is an extremely simple transaction. Not sure why they are in the title business.

Staff was nice and facility was clean and very new. Was not impressed with final outcome. They double checked their numbers after they were dispursed and asked for a refund. Thankfully the numbers were correct originally.
