Please do not use this title company. No accountability as they provided clear title on a property with multiple liens not paid! They completely ignored it. Now in litigation and they claim no responsibility. Avoid them!

Pathetic. They don't respond, they asked for things multiple times. The are used by a Berkshire Hathaway office exclusively. Pathetic.
