They completely dropped the ball and did not forward my paperwork in time to my lenders by the 2pm deadline for the loan to be funded by the end of the day. Very unhappy! I had to pay for my movers to keep my stuff in their truck over night. I paid their houry rate the next day until the loan funded. I am out an extra $750 just because they did not forward an email in time.
