I was buying a lot and the seller requested to use Chicago Title LLC to process the transaction. Since the seller was a developer, I am sure he gets a big discount from them. Before the closing I contacted them to inquire about the fees. Jen Lindemann was the person that handled the transaction. I am not sure if she was new but tried very hard to sound that she knows what she was talking about and her answers were very vague, she was very rude and very unprofessional. We have used their services on several real estate related transactions and have been very happy so far. They provide easy electronic access to all documents you need and they communicate everything to you as needed. Prices are reasonable and competitive but it's really their reps that provide the customer service that keeps us coming back to them.

This company is capable of defrauding you out of what your entitled even after knowing that the property is going under a divorce processing and the other person involved is capable of lowering his standards as low as this company. In order to sell a home it should be an agreement between the two parties; however, knowing the 2nd party never did give her consent to sell the house yet, only the company knows how they were capable of pulling this stunt off and putting the house in escrow.
