A plus service! Would highly recommend! Very professional and friendly, explained all documents and made for a great closing experience.
I was buying a lot and the seller requested to use Chicago Title LLC to process the transaction. Since the seller was a developer, I am sure he gets a big discount from them. Before the closing I contacted them to inquire about the fees. Jen Lindemann was the person that handled the transaction.
