John is a very professional individual in his work, always attentive, respectful, and willing to help resolve any questions.
I’d give zero stars if I could. This company caused us a lot of stress with how unprofessional they were, and their mistakes ended up costing us a significant amount of money. The biggest issues were a lack of transparency, billing errors, and repair quotes that seemed far above market rates. I’d strongly recommend avoiding them.
Poor communication, unexplained charges, mismanagement of the property and overpriced repairs. That was our experience. None of the repairs were ever accompanied by an invoice from the contractor, description of the problem or a photo. Just a charge on statement. Sometimes the same issue back to back in the next month, without any explanation (was it needed? did contractor mess up the first time?). I’m a new tenant. And I must say that the move in process has been wonderful. Any concerns or questions that I had was addressed and taken care of promptly. And I would like to give a huge thank you once again to the maintenance team members Ed and Deon/Dion for the amazing customer service that you showed me.
