I lost a lot of money due to neglect and bad practice by Chicago Style Management I had a unit vacant for more than 10 months.. A tenant left shortly after they took over. It took them 4 months to start looking and advertising for a tenant. They said I needed to spend 5000$ fixing the walls so they could get a CHA tenant. So I did.
