I just have a question for management companies. If I am trying to reach my management company and they never answer, should I just drive by the company and talk face to face? I am not sure why all of a sudden I get no answer when I call nor do I get a call back. I always give a five star rating but this is confusion so I gave a three maybe someone will answer for me today or tomorrow. I will keep trying.
I lost a lot of money due to neglect and bad practice by Chicago Style Management I had a unit vacant for more than 10 months.. A tenant left shortly after they took over. It took them 4 months to start looking and advertising for a tenant. They said I needed to spend 5000$ fixing the walls so they could get a CHA tenant. So I did.
