Joey is such an incredible artist, and an all-around great dude. In terms of quality of work, speed, comfort level (he isn't "heavy handed" like several other artists I've worked with which is a MAJOR plus!) price, cleanliness, everything. After he did my knuckes, with minimal pain, and a really awesome band logo on my friends hip bone, I won't be getting tattooed anywhere else in the city..and neither should YOU!! Thanks Joey!
