I found Cyril professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He has such a cool background being a retired professional cyclist and being born in France. Not a lot of massage therapists that I’ve found in Chicago have his pedigree/background - especially being somebody who is interested in triathlons, Ultras, etc. When it comes to communicating, he is direct (speaking from experience being born into a Polish family), which can come off as rudeness to others who are expecting “American/Midwestern nice.” Three things to look out... read more
I had an amazing experience with Cyril! He really knows how to adjust the pressure perfectly without needing much direction. Whether you prefer a gentle or deep tissue massage, he seems to intuitively understand what your body needs. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed after the session. Highly recommend Cyril if you’re looking for someone skilled and attentive to your preferences!
Staff here was extremely rude...this is not the was to speak to customers. We left and got our money refunded. Attitude stinks and I will make sure that friends know not to patron this place .
