Highly recommend. Chicago Spine and Sports has helped me to continue to train the way I want to. Between weightlifting and Jiu-Jitsu, I've put my body through a lot. They've helped me work through multiple injuries. Regular visits have kept me feeling strong and moving well, even as training volume goes up.
Dr. Michael Snow is absolutely amazing. He did an incredible job helping me regain the range of motion in my left arm. I'm not back to 100% yet, but the improvement has been tremendous, and I'm so grateful for his expertise and care throughout the process. dr Doug Krefman did a great job of helping me with the kink in my neck
Dr Krefman has been wonderful in helping my son through Active Release Therapy. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. My son felt comfortable during each visit, and we noticed improvement in his mobility and overall comfort. Dr. Krefman and his team truly cares about his patients and creates a welcoming environment.
