I was going to be in town for a weekend so I was calling around looking for appointments. They finally called me 4 weeks later after I already had my work done at a different clinic and left the city. Not only that, they called me daily for several weeks even after I asked them to stop and that I was no longer interested in their biostimulators as I had already it done elsewhere and they did a great job. BE PREPARED TO WAIT! I had a 2:10 appointment, the unfriendly receptionist told me last appointments are 2:30 but I should get there by 2:10 to avoid a $75 late fee. I arrived at the office at 2:10 and waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room.
