Excellent team and would highly recommend. We had a huge sewer issue and knew it would be costly. They walked us through all our options and let us know what could potentially be found as they started to dig and replace sewer lines. They kept us updated throughout the process and were great to work with. We called a couple companies but very grateful that we decided to go with them.

Thomas and his crew from Chicago Sewer & Drain Pros were excellent. Thomas assessed our issue, provided a thorough explanation of our broken pipe situation, shared pics and videos of his findings and discussed our options. They also left the area super clean once the job was done. I appreciated his professionalism and the kindness, patience and respect he showed my elderly parents ... read more

Very quick and responsive to our buildings issues. They were able to make an appointment within 12 hours of calling, diagnose the problem, and fix the issue. Even after 2 days when the issue reemerged they came back to fix it right away!

He was extremely knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue with skill and precision. It’s not often you find someone so dedicated to providing top-notch service, especially during an urgent situation. I highly recom... read more
