As a customer of Chicago Sailing, I was highly impressed with the knowledge and skill of their staff. When renting, I felt confident with the boat, even though I had never sailed that particular vessel. As a staff member, I know that Chicago Sailing offers a uniquely comprehensive, yet relaxed, environment for sailors to learn about, grow within, and enjoy this wonderful activity. Further, Chicago Sailing's staff of Charter Captains is among the friendliest and most knowledgeable that I've ever known.
The best idea I've had in a long time. Sailing lessons at Chicago Sailing were amazing with instructor Bruce Hillyer. 16 hours later I feel like I can handle the boat and the water, and hope to get some more time on the lake with the friendly staff in the next few weeks. I can't believe how much we learned. Bruce loves to teach sailing as much as he loves sailing- it made all the difference. Thanks Bruce and Chicago Sailing!
We had the best time EVER!!! Every time to go to Chicago, now, I want to go sailing with Graham, he was the most knowledgeable and friendly captain. The staff is top notch and they even have a dog with a life vest on!! CUTEST
Went out today with a total of 10 people. Our captain was Rob...he was awesome! A GREAT time was had by all. Would definitely do it again...next time I wanna do the lessons. That was our plan today, but the wind said nope, just relax today.
