Joe is the owner of a couple of buildings and he is definitely not a man of his word things don't get fix on time. IT'S summer and my fridge went out I told the maintenance man he told Joe and said my fridge will be here Saturday that was Thursday my food is going bad and no fridge nor can I get someone to answer the phone I really don't like this place they are not going to help keep my food cold they not even going to help replace some of my food they are lazy and LIARS!!

When I was struggling and needed help they went above and beyond. Their staff are kind and hard working; they made sure I was happy.

I moved into a suppose to be new unit only to find out less then a month there my home was infested with roaches and mice sink was also flooded in the kitchen several times before it was fixed a month later also bathroom was stopped up sink and toilet.. This is a poor excuse for a landlord sad to say I also have a newborn baby I am disgusted and will never rent thru this realty again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
