They canceled the 1 hr before their scheduled appointment. Building is under contract and has short inspection period so this cancelation has complicated things.
Kevin and his team performed work on a few other townhomes adjacent to ours (flat roofs). Everyone raved about his work and his follow-up, as did many other reviews here on Google. He quoted us, he did the work in late Aug of 2020 and we were pleased - until the first heavy rain in Oct when water began dripping from the ceiling-mounted HVAC air return in our master bedroom. This company is not a licensed roofing contractor and is not registered with the Secretary of State. They aren’t insured or bonded either, meaning if you hire this crew and someone is hurt on your property, you are liable. Their work is very poor and is not guaranteed.
Needed emergency roof leak repairs last week called a few companies that never even responded; these guys answered on Sunday came out within a few hours and pinpointed where the problem areas was and repaired the leaks the following day , great job guys ,I recommend Chicago Roofing Group for anyone needing roof repairs.
I have used this company in the past for roofing repairs and last month I had major leaking problem so I called them and ask if they can come over and check out the problem right away,and within a few hours they were out here and explained where the water was coming from and we went ahead and had them repair it the same afternoon , thanks again guys for your help
