Came here before as a 15 year old and was allowed to go on the kyaks came back and they didn’t allow us to go. We drove 40 minutes to get there
The male staff treated us very poorly. We came for the second time and didn’t let us
Some of their younger employees could use some customer service or basic people skills. I found the cover of binoculars next to one of their kayaks. When I approached a young women working there to turn the item to their lost and found she replied "I am not your garbage" and walked away. When I answered that some clients might return to look for the item she just shrugged, went back to her work and her manager asked me to stop bothering them. Pretty obnoxious and bad business.
