We love this place! Have never waited more than a minute or two. Both Dr. Jay and the one assistant I have met are kind caring and just simply nice people The place is small but clean and sweet. May I respectfully suggest that CE has left his/her bad/sad review for the wrong provider? I believe that this person actually visited the vet clinic at Animal Welfare League ( an animal shelter) which is in Chicago Ridged also.
