I love what they do, very important, but Erica Ernst needs to take responsibility for her leadership role in creating an extremely toxic workplace culture at RSSI where she not only doesn't intervene but encourages managers to abuse their power over other staff. I'd be shocked if she weren't doing the same at CRA.
