Martin Vigil took a 250 dollar deposit from me and claimed I was getting a check back since I didn't get the apartment with MY NAME on it and had the nerve to tell me it was already cashed. I've been blowing up his phone trying to figure out where the hell he sent it and all he did was ignore my calls. Now I have no choice but to go to small claims court. They will rip you off and ignore you!
