You need more visiting hours. You need to be more handicapped accessible. You need a better and more ways for individuals (family members) to be able to contact you about visiting hours, etc. The facility looks horrible....decrepit. It's a pathetic place for people with mental illnesses.
It was a great personal and medical experience to be able to help, with love and sincere compassion, all the clients there. I can say that almost all of the staff/ employees then, shared this. I surely loved working with the loving employees, but most importantly, the clients.
