Not professional at all .. big waste of time . I advise you to look elsewhere before contacting this place for services. They told me they accept my insurance 5 sessions later they said they don’t accept my insurance . Just complete waste of time they will talk to you as if you are not educated. If you are seeking therapy please do your self a favor and look else where
Annoying and unprofessional. Unqualified. Therapy mill.
Poorly managed. No reception team to speak with. The reception area is just a small room with a couple of chairs, no windows. I was incorrectly billed. They claimed my insurance provider was out of network even after they confirmed I was in net work and was reassured multiple times my sessions would be 100% free. I was billed $800 for only 3 sessions.
