Jing Han is the best therapist I have ever met. Her dedications and skills in insightful and on-the-point discussions makes every session a refreshing journey where I am led by her to travel freely in my inside world and see things I have never seen before. These journeys greatly helped me understand and find ways to work on the issues I came to her for. These interactions are 100% not achievable by AI with general and on-the-surface chats.
Jing Han is an incredibly supportive therapist. After leaving the Eating Recovery Center last year, I began working with her on my eating disorder recovery as well as my issues with my family. She has been extremely effective in helping me understand myself more deeply and in distinguishing between my own goals and the expectations my parents placed on me. I had the best therapy sessions here. My therapist is really helpful and cares about me. The sessions are flexible, as you can do either in-person or online sessions. I highly recommend it! Give it a shot, and you will know.
