Our building currently is under the contract with this management company. Stay away!!! 1. They charge you a lot of money to take over the building. 2. They raised our assignments. 3. They don’t pay out bills on time. They didn’t pay the internet and landscaping for over 2 months. That resulting in not having access to our video surveillance. What can I say about landscaping?
