The staff there is extremely rude. The dr is great. But they are so greedy all they care about is money. My bill went to collections cause I’m on disability so I paid it off. And now they refuse to ever treat me as a patient. Worst place I have ever dealt with. Would give them a negative 10.
RecommendedI’ve been seeing Dr Belmonte now for several years. He’s the best, he takes the time to listen to you, and cares about his patience. I have several issues with my back, I have Spinal stenosis and screws in my back. He’s the only Dr who’s ever been able to give me relief from pain. He knows exactly which procedure takes care of each issue. I’m so great full to him. Dr Belmonte, Dr. Lee the whole staff is awesome. I highly recommend them!

Excellent care. Dr Belmonte and Dr Lee are both understanding and kind. I have suffered from a car accident, and their care is the best. The clinic is spotless, the warm blankets are awesome. I feel of all the Dr and surgeons i have seen, Dr Lee and Dr Belmonte are the best in listening, understanding and helping me.

I have been suffering from extreme back pain since my L4 L5 microdiscectomy back in January. Since I wasn't getting much help from my previous doctor I decided to go to The Chicago Pain And Wellness Institute. Dr. Belmonte took the extra time to listen to me and review my MRI results. I learned more about my condition with one visit from Dr. Belmonte than I've had with all of my other doctors. I walked out feeling better than I've felt in months. Thank you Dr. Belmonte for your help.
I went in with 10/10 pain. Today I am at 4/10 and feel fantastic!
Dr. Belmonte is definitely a doctor that you can talk to and he takes his time with you and listens to what you have to say! And the Staff is friendly and very polite! Been going to him for several years! I highly recommend Dr. Belmonte!
