I had an excellent experience with Dr. Paul Phelps. As a physician, I did extensive research before choosing a surgeon, and I was fortunate to find him within a couple of hours from where I live. The most caring doctor you can find. It might’ve been only a consultation but it will stick with me forever. Little over a year ago, Dr. Phelps recommended me to not proceed with this surgery. I am writing this review because it is apparent that he was right all along. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank him for being honest.
