10 Stars if I could.... this surgery changed my life. I was bothered by bags and dark 'indents' in my eye hollows since my teens. Into my 40's I noticed the wrinkles more and more across the bags, almost cutting the bag in half when I smiled, which also bothered me. Cannot recommend Dr Phelps and his team enough! I flew in from MA specifically to see him and soo thankful I made the trip. Dr Phelps truly went above and beyond. He made sure I was reassured, knew my options, and had all my questions answered. Every single person in the office is so kind. Thrilled with the results too. Would recommend him to anyone, you will be in amazing hands!!

I took many months researching on the best oculofacial plastic surgeon in the Chicago area and I decided on Dr. Phelps. It was the absolute best decision that I made. He was so personable and down to earth to begin with and his staff is equally amazing. Most importantly, he did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr Phelps and his staff are all incredibly professional yet super down to earth. I have been researching blepharoplasty for YEARS, consulting with many surgeons and recently came across Dr Phelps website and scheduled a consult. I’m delighted with my experience at Chicago Ocufacial. My upper eyelid blepharoplasty was virtually painless and the healing process has been easy. Only one week post op my vision is already improved and I look fresher and more awake. I can be a little squeamish about my eyes, but from the get go I’ve felt that I was in very good hands with Dr Phelps and his team. They were kind, knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering all of my questions. I can’t recommend Dr. Phelps highly enough.
