Although I'm not getting work done with Dr. Phelps, I do recommend booking a consultation with him based on the positive experience I had at his practice today. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Paul Phelps. As a physician, I did extensive research before choosing a surgeon, and I was fortunate to find him within a couple of hours from where I live.
