Important notice!!! For Toyota owners!!! I have a 2024 Toyota Camry with a 5-year warranty. The other day, the passenger door behind the driver's door wouldn't lock. I took my car to the North Side Toyota dealership. They found the problem. The problem was that the electrical wire was not connected properly due to a factory defect and it disconnected itself. I do not understand why I have to follow up to be told I have to wait for something that I paid for. The communication is non-existent, which is a problem. I can buy things at other places that respect my time.
Utter joke of a parts counter. Snarky and lazy older Hispanic women working the counter will yell at you when asking simple questions. Running a VIN with them is totally useless, they cannot give out part #’s and will gatekeep compatibility, and parts diagrams. They will not answer basic questions, look up parts OR compatible accessories for your car. There is no way I trust them to order the supposed “right” part # without my confirmation.
