Jordan has been a terrific property manager during my tenancy here on Christiana in Albany Park. Such a relief when property management is actually helpful! Always attentive and quick to fix every (small) problem that arose. Chicago Northside Realty has been so easy to work with and I appreciate their great communication and easy-to-navigate online portal.

I lived in a property managed by Chicago Northside Realty on California Ave for over a year, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Henry was incredibly responsive, always supportive, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Any maintenance requests were handled almost immediately, which really stood out. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I rented an apartment from Henry for 6 years, it was a terrific property and he was a very attentive landlord. Very good with communication and attending to anything that needed fixed. Highly recommend!

Henry was one of the very few realtors that was actively engaged and was very easy to communicate with during an apartment search. Almost 95% of the people I've contacted were unresponsive, or would not respond directly to my inquiries (only automated messages were sent.) Henry is a rarity. Thank you for all that you do!
