I lived in a property managed by Chicago Northside Realty on California Ave for over a year, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Henry was incredibly responsive, always supportive, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Any maintenance requests were handled almost immediately, which really stood out. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Henry was one of the very few realtors that was actively engaged and was very easy to communicate with during an apartment search.
