Henry was one of the very few realtors that was actively engaged and was very easy to communicate with during an apartment search. Almost 95% of the people I've contacted were unresponsive, or would not respond directly to my inquiries (only automated messages were sent.) Henry is a rarity. Thank you for all that you do!

I would highly recommend Henry if you are renting out a property in Chicago. He is very knowledgeable about the laws and process. He has helped me rent a unit on a consistent basis and has gone above and beyond to solve any related issues.

I have never worked with a better realty company than Chicago Northside. It's hands down the best in town! Renting from Jordan and Henry has been a good experience. They care about keeping the apartment in good condition without cutting corners. They are easy to work with and respond to maintenance requests promptly. Good landlord.
