Dr. Cohen was very thorough with explaining things to me. He allowed me the time to explain everything going on with me. I am very confident that I found the doctor that I need to help me through my diagnoses of POTS. I was very pleased with the office in whole. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. Would totally recommend this doctor to anyone that would need him.
At reception people were very kind, they treated me very well, I felt comfortable. The doctor helped me a lot, they explained me very well step by step during my appointment and they behaved very well with me all the time.
This practice seems like a money grab. I booked an appointment over a month in advance and took an entire day off of work to discuss some nerve issues. My visit was 10 minutes in total and they billed my insurance $725 for the consultation. The doctor, while nice, was short in responses and didn't seem to make any effort to provide a diagnosis or even listen to my description of symptoms. I have been going to the Chicago office for TMS treatment and recently started to come to this office since they also have the mPNS and TMS machine there and closer to home. I had to leave a second review to thank the staff at this location as well. This place is top notch. It looks like a new office and I come here when I can’t make it to the Lincoln Park location. Most importantly I’m seeing improvement and I will drive anywhere for positive results.
I have been doing TMS therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in the Chicago location for a while and this facility has been the absolute best. The staff is very helpful and informative in their area of expertise. They just got mPNS therapy for pain and I am looking forward to trying it.
