This bank is great if nothing goes wrong or if you don't need a service like getting a certified check, They have been working on fixing this for the entire time I have been a customer. The tellers in the bank have typically been really lovely, but their online banking is down frequently, their call center is not helpful. Also they are not upgrading to cards with chips in them.
