RecommendedMike arrived 15 minutes early and immediately started to review the exterior of the property. Throughout the entire process, I walked with him and he explained everything in detail as to what I would need to know from possible safety/hazard issues, faulty construction, all the way to how generally stuff works in my new home. I would highly recommend hiring Chicago Metro Home Inspections. Mike Knapczyk was thorough in his inspection of my condo and very professional and timely in the delivery of the inspection report. He took detailed pictures of the areas in the unit that needed to be addressed and made time to talk me through all of the findings. He was also readily available when I had questions following the inspection. I will definitely be passing his name along to any friends or family that are looking for a quality home inspection!
