We were required to stay at the hotel due to a stay and play tournament. There were used towels left in our closet when we arrived. One night the place turned into a party scene. You could smell smoking coming into the room. It was hard to get service. The pool was overtaken by a party and there were no towels. It was so loud in the pool area, we didn’t stay longer than a few minutes. The room service food was okay. When we left, we were over charged. Very disappointing experience. The washroom was not working properly from the time we checked in, and the next morning it flooded with commode water, which was extremely unhygienic. We requested housekeeping assistance multiple times, but no one came. The receptionist was also very rude and showed no concern for the situation. Even after requesting a room change, the staff was unwilling to help or apologize. Definitely not the level of hospitality we expected.
Very nice hotel stay with a large lobby, fast service, friendly staff! Pool and hot tub are nice amenities along with breakfast in the M Lounge. Very nice hotel in a safe and convenient location
