I highly recommend this salon! Irene is professional and was incredibly detail-oriented during my long layers haircut. Will definitely be back for routine hair maintenance :)
Irene is AMAZING! She is the only person I trust to touch my hair. I have really long hair and have found throughout the years that not many people actually know how to cut long hair. I’ve been traumatized so many time. I’ve been going to Irene now for a few years and she always attentively listens to what I actually want done and has not disappointed me yet. I recommend her to all my friends. She truly is amazing at what she does 🙌🏼
Justin does a great job. He’s given some of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten
This is probably the best haircut I've gotten in Chicago since moving here five years ago. Additionally, the staff was very polite and I had a great conversation with Justin while in the chair. Customer service at its best right here.
Such a great experience at the salon today! My hair turned out exactly the way I envisioned. Jay and Irene were amazing — so friendly, talkative, and genuinely personable. They made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I also really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful they were throughout the appointment. They took the time to educate me on the process and explain what they were doing, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, highly recommend!
