Such a great experience at the salon today! My hair turned out exactly the way I envisioned. Jay and Irene were amazing — so friendly, talkative, and genuinely personable. They made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I also really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful they were throughout the appointment. They took the time to educate me on the process and explain what they were doing, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, highly recommend!
When you need your hair done right come see Irene. She amazing at dyeing and styling. And men, don’t skip on Jay. He’s been cutting my son’s hair for years. We travel an hour to get here because they’re worth it.

Justin is a great barber and gives a really good haircut! Overall, Chicago Lux is a nice hair cut place with many barbers and stylists. The shop is clean, well-lit, and professionally ran. I highly recommend Chicago Lux for both men or women haircuts!
If not the best probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hair salon. Mel was thoughtful, paid attention to detail, and was competent in working with textured and curly hair. I’m so thankful that she listened to my concerns about my hair. I was patient in addressing each. Highly recommend
