This is a must if you are visiting Chicago. Specially if you don't have a lot of time, it's the best way to see a lot in a short amount of time. Plus Chicago line cruise has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Awesome experience!
I made the cruise today, June 16th at noon. The tour guide was very rude with me and my family. My parents do not speak English and I was translating the tour when the tour guide asked us to shut up in a very rude and impolite manner. I do not recommend this company to anyone that wishes to be respected when they pay an expensive amount to make a tour.
It was a bad experience. Me and my family are on a trip around United States and we were so excited to do this cruise, but our guide, one lady with impolite attitudes made what was supposed to be our entertainment of the day be a disaster. She was rude, telling us to shut up (in front of everyone, and me and my brother were just translating the informations to our parents who don't speak or understand english), and ordering us to sit down when the cruise was already over. Great cruise, good flow of wine and the tour guide was excellent both witty and knowledgable, very enjoyable evening
My favorite part of my weekend in Chicago! We loved the tour guide and gained so much knowledge from her. The warm cookies and beverages added a nice touch especially this time of year!
A good cruise however there was no speaker working in the prow area so we could not hear the commentary from the Guide.
Excellent service, full of knowledge about spectacular Architecture in Chicago ! Take it don't think it twice. Take with you your camera with full battery.
