I saw Dr. Norah, and she was excellent. She explained what we would do before we did it, she explained what she was doing as she did it, and she let me know how everything went when we were done. Dr. Norah is a excellent communicator, and this really helps me feel more relaxed. She was very conscientious throughout the procedure and very quick to do things to keep me comfortable (eg suction).
