I can not emphasize enough what a positive experience this was. Mio was empathic, sympathetic, personable and professional and took the time to explain the process, what our choices were and answered all of our questions honestly and candidly. Not only did he handle the arrangements for CJF but also liaised with the cemetery and took care of that end as well. Absolutely would recommend - we left knowing that our loved one could not possibly be in better hands. Thank you very much.
