Mio is great. This is a very difficult time for me preplanning my husband's funeral. Mio was patient, helpful and understanding. He made scheduling a time to discuss my needs easy and provided a summary of his understanding of my needs (and costs) ahead of our meeting. He knew that money was tight and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. He responded quickly to any questions I had. After discussing the plans with Mio, I feel I have more peace of mind.
