I ordered a wedding band for my husband December 20, 2008 from Diamond Palace, Inc. (Unit 15) As of today, Feb.14, 2009 I still have not received it. I believe the store is out of business, because I get voicemail when I call the store . The last conversation was "I have to contact the regional manager" The regional manager DOES NOT MAKE RINGS. My advice: shop elsewhere or pay ONLY when you have your jewelry!! Now all I want is my money refunded $580.00! I plan to pursue this matter in court if necessary.
