Great place to get parts and add ons for your truck. Prices are decent but could be better. Service desk guys are very knowledgeable but could use some better training on how to treat customers. Just because someone walks in there dirty from working all day doesnt mean they dont have the money to buy chrome parts or anythIng else. Some of us make more in 1 week than they do in a month. Just a FYI !

I have to say that the ladies ( Kim&Tina) in the parts dept are the MOST helpful & knowledgeable that I have ever dealt with. I own a body shop (27 years) and we do lots of work for school boards on the bus repairs and well trust me it is very VERY hard to find someone who knows what they are dealing with when it comes to those types of repairs and they ALWAYS seem to find exactly what i need and they get it to me fast. We can never get through to parts. Today I called sat on hold for over 5 minutes then someone picks up I asked for Tammy he says let me transfer you and then he hangs up on me. This happens several times a week or I get transfer to out of state rep. we have had to start ordering our parts out of Columbia. this is not a good way to do business and has been going on for over a year.

They put in a new DPF filter told me to clean it around 200,000 miles and it would last 1,000,000 miles if I kept up on the cleaning it cost me a little over $6000 it's been around 175,000 miles and I took truck in and I am being told my filter is no longer good and I need a new one but it's been past one year and it only has a one year warranty or 100,000 miles if I was told that at first I would of had it cleaned before 100,000 miles to make sure everything was ok I was totally mislead and this is not the only work I had d... read more

So far not going good about got sick when I read all the bad reports on rush truck Phoenix knowing I have towed my truck truck to that shop for repairs.... I will keep posting how this experience ends up turning out but so far they have been diagnoseing the truck since 10 am this more it's now 430 pm and they say they don't know the problem yet not looking good hope this changes before the night is over.......
