This is an amazing space for healing both inside and out. They offer therapy, personal training, yoga, massage therapy, nutrition coaching, and wellness workshops and accept insurance! The staff are all amazing and truly care about the wellness journey of their clients!
Cameran B., is a very professional therapist with a great skill set. She engaged the muscle tissue with good pressure and it was relaxing. Her holistic approach using clinical assessment, intentional muscle manipulation, and intuitive energy awareness created a very therapeutic environment for me. Although I was a few minutes late, the session never seemed rushed and she was able to address my listed concerns and problem areas.
