Where do I start? Thankful we worked with our rental agent, Kelly Warosh, rather than an AI. After looking for months, we came across our new home. Our agent was kind, warm, professional, and on top of her game! She made the whole process painless. After signing the papers, I kept thinking to myself, 'this is too easy', and it was. 🤗 We will be referring friends and family her way. We truly appreciate you, Kelly!
Kelly Warosh is my landlord and she is so great! She helped me move in to this apartment with professionalism and care. I’m so grateful because this is the first time I’ve been able to do it on my own. She shared in my joy and I’m so grateful. The apartment is a nice and quiet community. It feels safe.
Literally having regrets. I was shown one area and given something different after being asked to sign the lease early to help out “the boss with a promotion”. After I mention it that this was not what I wanted nor what we agreed on the response was “ Well, you already signed the lease”. I just signed my first lease for my new townhome my own. No cosigner or roommate just me and I couldn't be anymore grateful..if it wasn't for Kelly and angel being patient and willing to help me out as much as possible I wouldn't have this place and I want to say thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you both so very much.. the ppl who work for this company are truly amazing.. I feel very blessed!
Property manager is unresponsive. False sense of security with the gate being left open 24/7. HOA President/owner and board are absent 364 days of the year and only show up for annual meetings to blow smoke. These fools are going to be sued sooner than they realize. EDIT: Two months for a reply - what more needs to be said?
