I just signed my first lease for my new townhome my own. No cosigner or roommate just me and I couldn't be anymore grateful..if it wasn't for Kelly and angel being patient and willing to help me out as much as possible I wouldn't have this place and I want to say thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you both so very much.. the ppl who work for this company are truly amazing.. I feel very blessed!
Property manager is unresponsive. False sense of security with the gate being left open 24/7. HOA President/owner and board are absent 364 days of the year and only show up for annual meetings to blow smoke. These fools are going to be sued sooner than they realize. EDIT: Two months for a reply - what more needs to be said?

DO NOT MOVE HERE! -The surrounding areas are very unsafe & lots of homeless people, the gate outside the complex does not work and the 7 months I have been here no efforts have been done to get it back into working condition. The other wooden gates surrounding the property are not taken care of depending on your unit you will either have homeless people from the highway walking in your backyard area or homeless people climbing the poorley taken care of fences to walk through the complex as a “short cut” -We have cops in the ... read more
Please be aware of this place. They called us two weeks after we paid our rent and tried to tell us that we were late on making the payment. I had to call my bank and ask them to provide me proof/evidence that our rent check was cashed by the property company. When I informed management of their error they got offended asking if I was accusing them on their incompetence. Yes, I am blaming them for their incompetence.
