Earl came out and quickly found several problems with my AC unit that another company had missed. His knowledge and skill were impressive, and his customer service was excellent. I give 5 stars for a heater repair or installation that’s done right the first time with no need to come back. For this experience, I would rate it 4 stars because a follow-up was needed. Chicago Heating & Air installed a new furnace and heat pumps for both the upstairs and downstairs areas in my home. They used high-quality equipment and also added an air purifier, UV purifier, and steam humidifier. Chicago Heating & Air helped us choose the right heat pump and handled the installation for us. They also replaced the insulation in our attic and basement crawl space, and took out an old gravity furnace. The team was friendly, punctual, and worked efficiently.
