Dr Gunasekara was the only reason I would ever step foot into this dump but out of nowhere they canceled my appointment with her via text and when I called to reschedule they rudely claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if I could reschedule and the woman on the phone said Dr Gunasekara is no longer with the practice. I asked why no one informed me and she said she, "don't know what they do." as if she doesn't even work there. Not responsive to any contact - phone system has no waiting list or message, they do not return calls and it takes weeks to get an answer from their online service, which puts patient health at risk. AVOID at all costs unless and until they upgrade their communication to the 21st century.

I’ve only made an appointment but it’s not looking good at all. There’s other information that I need to know before my appointment. but these people refuse to answer the phone or return a message. I can’t believe that they don’t even have an answering service with a live person; real basic stuff. It’s all a bad omen before my first visit. It’s on them if I leave a message in their voicemail (which they never respond to) canceling my upcoming appointment.
