Not responsive to any contact - phone system has no waiting list or message, they do not return calls and it takes weeks to get an answer from their online service, which puts patient health at risk. AVOID at all costs unless and until they upgrade their communication to the 21st century.
I’ve only made an appointment but it’s not looking good at all. There’s other information that I need to know before my appointment. but these people refuse to answer the phone or return a message. I can’t believe that they don’t even have an answering service with a live person; real basic stuff. It’s all a bad omen before my first visit. Dr. Rofkopf is wonderful, as well as all the front staff!
Garbage customer service. Please hire more reps to answer our phone calls for appointments. The ones you have there do not want to answer our phones, and once they do answer it, they are very rude.
