left on hold for 30 + minutes. I hang up and call back 5 minutes later, now theres 4 callers ahead. they're simply not taking calls, will not return once my medication situation is resolved.

Dr. Baker was extremely pleasant! Very knowledgeable and patient focused. As an RMA , I was truly impressed with his focus on longevity. Dr Baker is not only kind , he is also extremely intelligent and has a genuine empathy for his patients. As a wife who handles most of her husbands scheduling , I have decided my husband found a new PCP. We were both equally impressed !! 5/5 stars !! Thank you Dr. Baker for making us feel welcomed and cared for. We will see you again :)

On Tuesday I went to the consultation, I took some papers that they gave me in my job that the doctor had to fill out, the first was to write down my restrictions and that was what they evaluated, and the second was to write down the time I arrived at the office and at what time I retire, things so simple to fill out and they did not want to return them to me that day, because of that they could not justify my hours at my work, I decided to go to another ortho who without any problem evaluated me and filled out the necessary... read more

So disappointed and frustrated with this office. I love my doctor but am considering changing doctors only because dealing with the LaGrange office is absolutely terrible. I am a long time patient and it didn't use to be this way. I am writing this post as I am on hold with the LaGrange office. I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours. It is impossible to talk to your doctor because no one there answers the phone. If you leave a message, a nurse may call you back 3 weeks later. The service is very unacceptable.
