So disappointed and frustrated with this office. I love my doctor but am considering changing doctors only because dealing with the LaGrange office is absolutely terrible. I am a long time patient and it didn't use to be this way. I am writing this post as I am on hold with the LaGrange office. I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours. It is impossible to talk to your doctor because no one there answers the phone. If you leave a message, a nurse may call you back 3 weeks later. The service is very unacceptable. Honestly, don’t bother with your time here. Doctors are not available, and front desk cannot help you. I

This has been my worst healthcare service experience. Scheduling my initial appointment through Zocdoc was easy but on arriving, the office seemed outlandishly overbooked, understaffed, or both. Insanely long wait time to get called back to the appointment and then once in there, another extremely long wait for nurse and another one for the doctor. Garbage place. Awful customer service and booking. Awful prenatal visit experience, I booked online a week in advance for a very important test. They didn’t bother to call me until 15min before when I was already on my way to cancel. They do not care I tried to ask if there is any way to do this test today and they just wanted to book for a different day no matter what. In the end I said no don’t rebook me (because I will find somewhere else by then) and they just hang up. Terrible people.
