The Dr and Nurse are nice but the receptionist Fed is rude and unprofessional, also hard to get in for a last minute appointment, you have to book it several weeks ahead. This unprofessional behavior from the front desk alone is why I’m looking for a new Dr. and it’s a shame because he’s a great Dr very thorough. No reason to scold me for not answering my confirmation call when I confirmed my appointment online. Saw Dr. Paganessi on 10/30/24. It was my first visit with her as I previously saw Dr. Mahoney and Dr. Vega, both who I liked very much, but no longer work in that office. I was very happy with Dr. Paganessi as well. The receptionist and assistant were also very welcoming and professional on my 10/31 visit.
