I would give Jodi 10 stars if I could. I'm new to the area/country and 20 years into my migraines. Having to navigate insurance as more or less a new patient but having a long migraine past has not been easy. Jodi has gone above and beyond in this journey and I'm so thankful to be her patient!
This was one of the best clinics for head aches. Dr Brad really listened to our concerns and really got to the bottom of the issue for my partner. The receptionists were great as well, really made sure we had what we needed and then some.
Absolutely amazing! I cannot even begin to put in words how grateful I am. To find a dr who takes the time and listens and understands. Everyone in this office is amazing and so nice, the communication is constant and always up to date. I literally have no words because I am speechless at how impressed I am. Looking forward to finally getting relief and having staff and a dr who gets me. After being to neurologists and being brushed off, this was a blessing. Thank you
I have had terrible migraines most of my life. I have also seen countless doctors over the years. A friend from work suggested I try The Chicago Headache Center since my headaches recently have been fairly severe. It's a great place and Dr Tophey is extremely efficient but also so incredibly nice. That's very important to me when dealing with these headaches . Also, he is on the cutting edge of headaches and that's critical . Anyway- highly recommend ( from a veteran migraine person.)
Update: Changed review from 2 to 4. Dr. Torphy and his staff are reevealuating their procedures so what happened in my case won't happen again. It was still a bad situation but at least it won't happen to someone else. Original review: Dr. Trophy has been absolutely amazing but his staff has dropped the ball on my treatment at every turn. They take weeks to do what they say will be done in days and can't seem to respond to any requests/calls from my insurance or pharmacy.
